  2. Upon registration and payment, the User will receive an invoice via email.
  3. OVT is not obligated to grant access to any Learning Material or Online Course until full payment has been received. If full payment is not received, the registration will be canceled, and OVT will have no obligation to provide access.
  4. OVT may, at its discretion, provide selected Learning Materials or Online Courses free of charge. In such cases, no payment is required from the User. This does not constitute a binding obligation on the part of OVT, and OVT reserves the right to discontinue such free access at any time without notice.

2. Duration and Termination

  1. OVT reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the User at any time in the event of a partial or full breach of these terms by the User.
  2. Cancellation: The User may cancel the purchase of Learning Materials, an Online Course, or a Membership within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no use has been made of the accessed materials. To cancel, the User must submit a simple request to info@onlinevettraining.be.
  3. Trial memberships will automatically expire at the end of the trial period. No further action is required by the User, and no payment will be charged.

3. Delivery and Access Period

  1. Upon purchase through the OVT website, the User receives immediate access to the selected Learning Materials.
  2. Access to individual Online Webinars is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. Extensions are not allowed unless the course is purchased again. This period begins upon provision of login credentials and ends at midnight (GMT) on the 90th day.
  3. Access to learning trajectories depends on the duration of the trajectory. Access begins upon provision of the login credentials and remains valid for the entire duration of the program. Once the trajectory has ended, access to the course materials expires automatically. Extensions are not allowed unless the trajectory is purchased again.

  4. Furthermore, the User is strictly prohibited from using these materials, in whole or in part and whether in original or modified form, to develop products or services for third-party use, whether paid or free.
  5. Each User receives a unique personal profile consisting of a username and password. The User agrees to use this profile exclusively and not to share login credentials with others.
  6. Documents or files (e.g., handouts or protocols) provided by OVT may not be reproduced by any means—including printing, photocopying, or digital duplication—without prior written permission.
