Description of the RX images

Theβ€―left atriumβ€―is mildlyβ€―enlarged. Theβ€―pulmonary veinsβ€―are larger compared to the correspondingβ€―arteries.

There is aβ€―markedβ€―unstructuredβ€―interstitialβ€―pattern within theβ€―caudalβ€―dorsalβ€―lung lobes, worse on theβ€―right side.

There is mildβ€―bilateralβ€―elbowβ€―DJD, aβ€―smallβ€―ovoidβ€―mineralβ€―opacityβ€―justβ€―caudalβ€―to one of theβ€―medialβ€―epicondyles, and mildβ€―spondylosis deformansβ€―of theβ€―thoracolumbar spine.

The includedβ€―cranialβ€―abdominal structures remain withinβ€―normalβ€―limits.

The pulmonary andβ€―vascularβ€―changes are consistent withβ€―pulmonary edemaβ€―secondary to left-sidedβ€―heart failure. Mild left atrialβ€―enlargementβ€―is consistent with theβ€―reportedβ€―mitral valveβ€―disease

Static mildβ€―bilateralβ€―elbowβ€―DJD. Theβ€―smallβ€―mineralβ€―opacityβ€―adjacentβ€―to theβ€―medialβ€―epicondyleβ€―may represent flexorβ€―enthesopathy, separateβ€―centerβ€―ofβ€―ossificationβ€―of theβ€―medialβ€―epicondyle, orβ€―soft tissueβ€―dystrophicβ€―mineralization.
