This course covers practical decision-making for emergency anesthesia in small animal patients, with a strong focus on stabilization before sedation or anesthesia. Using common emergency cases such as acute hemorrhage, urinary tract obstruction, pneumothorax, GDV, and emergency caesarean section, participants will learn how to assess anesthetic risk, choose appropriate protocols, monitor critical patients, and support recovery safely.
